Once the patient is qualified the patient has to register and pay to the department of Health $75.00, Photo, 2x2, to obtain an ID card
Only the doctor that qualify the patient can prescribe medicinal marijuana
Once the prescription is written it must be taken to marijuana dispensery that has been approved by the State of Florida
Medical Marijuana can not be mixed with alcohol or any tranquilizer
Medical Marijuana should not be abused
Patient has to sign a consent form with the doctor
